This was the hardest decision we had to make in our recent move. Though we tried to imagine taking our goats to a new place and keeping them, we understood the best thing for them would be to keep them in thier familiar lifelong home. They are extremely sensitive creatures and several moves, across country would have been very hard on them. We were very lucky to find the new ranch owners who wanted to keep them on the property and care for them with the same love and commitment that we gave to them. Our hearts are heavy but also content in knowing they are loved and appreciated.
I fell in love with the kids when they were a day old. They are 4 Miniature Silky Fainting Goats. They have been cherished family pets and also did great community work. Our goats visited children and seniors and seemed to love their work. They have also been shown at the Del Mar Fair and brought home ribbons.
